Include the email address on your Level account if your question is account-specific — it is how we find you. We never need your password or sign-in codes; Level does not use passwords, and nobody from Level will ever ask for a code.
Billing is handled by Apple, so refunds and payment questions follow Apple's process in your App Store subscription settings — but if you are stuck, write to us anyway and we will point you the right way.
